First, I would like to start this email saying that this weekend was fantastic. Both the teams in the kitchen and front of house were professional and fun and have made a very positive atmosphere under very busy circumstances. Michael has been a very supportive supervisor on site an very helpful although I have hardly had the need to discuss anything with him as there have been very few problems indeed!

We are soooooooooo pleased to have them back again in New Jersey! We look forward to working with you again!!!
